Our experienced copywriters use information provided by you and supplemental research to create clear and concise messages about your company. Once your script is completed, it is returned to you for review and any necessary changes. After final approval is received, the copywriter will help you with a music selection to complement your company’s image.

STEP 2: PRODUCTION STAFF AND VOICE TALENT
Our production team and professional voice talents go to work to create a great sounding production based on your approved script. Voice talents can be male or female or a combination of both. HoldTime.Net productions are guaranteed to your satisfaction or they will be redone at no charge!

STEP 3: ENGINEERING
Because telephones cannot effectively reproduce all of the frequencies of a hi-fidelity production, our production staff must carefully mix the music and voice recordings to meet the specifications of telephone systems. We only use equipment built to maximize the limited frequency characteristics of telephones, and we guarantee a clean, pleasant-sounding mix that your customers will enjoy.

STEP 4: SHIPPING AND INSTALLATION
Five to Seven days after your final script approval is received, we package and ship your production to you. Once received, simply insert it into the Digital Announcer on your phone system (see “Our Complete Turn-Key Package” for additional information on the Digital Announcer). Your production is automatically downloaded onto a digital chip and plays continuously to every caller placed on hold.
